Stock orders is 7-10 days. Extensions bulk orders in 4-5 weeks, and toppers and hair systems within 6-8 weeks normally.

We coorperate with international express like FedEx, DHL, UPS, delivered to your door. We will inform you of the tracking number after shipment. Normally, the package would be delivered to you in 3-5 working days.
Within 3 months after shipment, for any manufacturing mistake or defect, we will remake or repair free of charge, or refund money back to you after receiving the returned unit, as per your requests. For personal using reasons, we would like to repair for you, cost depend on.
For custom order, if it is made correct, but you don't like it or the order is ordered incorrectly, sorry, we could not remake free of charge or refund free of charge. But we would like to adjust it to meet your requirement if possible, and only charge working cost.
