Shipping policy

We offer different shipping options:
DHL
FedEx
OCS
For batch orders, you can choose Maritime transport as you like.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout
Package weight less than 0.5 kg
The shipping fee is usually between $20 and $35 based on the destination and the different shipping options you choose.
Package weight less than 1 kg
The shipping fee is usually between $25 and $35 based on the destination and the different shipping options you choose.
Package weight less than 1.5 kg
The shipping fee is usually between $30 and $45 based on the destination and the different shipping options you choose.
Package weight less than 2 kg
The shipping fee is usually between $35 and $50 based on the destination and the different shipping options you choose.

Note: If your package is over 2kg, our sales will quote the freight charge based on the actual weight, the destination, and the different shipping options you choose.

For stock products
Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out.

For custom orders
An approximate delivery time will be sent to you before you place the order.

Goodyard is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the products (only).

Please noted that the shipping carrier may pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing hair products.

For shipments returned to Goodyard due to bad address information or refusal upon delivery, there will be a 50% handling fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in the event of a return of any kind.
